Trouble Uploading a Video? Here’s What to Do

If you're having issues uploading a video on SPILL, try the following steps based on your device: 

? For iOS Users:

1. Offload the SPILL app:

   • Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage

   • Find and tap SPILL, then tap Offload App

   • Reinstall the app and try uploading your video again

? For Android Users:

1. Clear Cache and App Data:

   • Go to Settings > Apps > SPILL

   • Tap Storage, then select Clear Cache and Clear Data

   • Restart the app and try your upload again

? Check Video File Size

Make sure the video you're uploading is 512 MB or smaller. Larger files may fail to upload.
