We’re in beta so expect stuff to break from time to time. If you're experiencing technical issues with SPILL, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem:
Logout and Log Back In
Try logging out and back in, sometimes we all just need a break.
Check Your Internet Connection
If you're not connected to the internet, or if your connection is weak, you may experience slower than normal performance or be unable to access SPILL at all. Get your bars up, fam!
Restart Your Device
If your internet connection is fine, try restarting your device. This can often fix minor technical issues. Again, SPILL might’ve just needed a break.
Update Your App
If your version of SPILL is outdated, it may not be compatible with the latest operating system or browser. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app by updating it in the app store you downloaded it from. Don’t be slackin on your updates.
Clear Your App's Cache
Over time, your app's cache can become corrupted, which can cause technical issues. To clear your app's cache, go to your device's settings and find the app in question. Then, tap on "Storage" and "Clear Cache."
If you don’t find what you need there, send us a screenshot and details of what you’re seeing to support@spill-app.com.
